The Connection description is confusing, could you please clarify it.

For this worksheet you are looking to connect the book to the world around it. For example, if you are reading Curious Incident, you could look up information about autism, as the narrator is autistic. You should look for allusions in the work to other works, or information about the author. If you are reading a political book (1984 or Brave New World), try to figure out what type of government is described in the book.
For the second set of questions on the sheet, write down questions about how the book applies to your own life, or the lives of other readers. Try starting out the questions with "If you were (main character), would you have..." or "How did you react to this scene?"
